Part-Time Electronic Wire Transfer Specialist | Monday–Friday | 3–4 Hours/Day | Denver, CO

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in wire transfer operations? We’re looking for a Part-Time Electronic Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team and support critical daily banking functions with precision and reliability.

Schedule:

+ Monday to Friday

+ 3–4 hours per day (morning shift preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Wire Processing: Obtain and process all wire transfers from internal banking products and wire transfer systems.

+ Authorization & Verification: Confirm proper authorization for outgoing wires and verify incoming wires for correct account ownership.

+ System Integration: Electronically process wires from internet banking platforms to WireXchange and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB).

+ Daily Balancing: Ensure all wires from branches and online banking are received and sent to FRB; balance wire totals at mid-day and end-of-day.

+ Incoming Wire Management: Process all incoming wires from FRB to member accounts.

+ Customer Support: Assist internal customers with wire transfer research and respond to inquiries via the wire transfer phone line.

+ Bank Correspondence: Monitor and maintain balances at correspondent banks.

+ Additional Duties:

+ Process electronic securities

+ Handle consumer online banking enrollments

+ Assist with mobile deposit review

Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of data entry or administrative experience that is looking for part-time work in a banking environment (prefer someone from a banking background , but not required)

+ Strong communication skills – ability to communicate via email with branches, approvers, executive management (come across professional and be very detailed with words)

+ Someone who has a strong attention to detail and prides themselves on accuracy in their work

+ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
