Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to improve response accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and ensure compliance with domain-specific guidelines and regulations.

• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that combine semantic search with generative AI to ground responses in enterprise data.

• Develop orchestration layers for intelligent workflows using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph or custom-built multi-agent architectures.

• Define agent personas and roles, design inter-agent communication protocols, and manage agent state to enable complex collaborative behavior.

• Craft high-quality prompts and templates for dynamic workflows across use cases such as document automation, analysis, summarization, and decision support.

• Integrate AI-driven outputs with business tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and email systems to generate content and automate document workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta LLaMA, or similar transformer-based models.

• Expertise in prompt engineering and RAG implementation using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Understanding of agentic workflows, semantic search, and prompt chaining for task automation.

• Experience in implementing observability, Evals, and quality metrics for LLMs.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of AI services into enterprise software ecosystems

• Excellent communication skills - must be strong enough for customer facing situations.

• Demonstrate problem solving skills to deal with complex situations while providing creative solutions

• Strive for continuous improvement and personal development, proactively encouraging the same from team members

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $119800.00 - $179800.00/yr.

• Bonus information: Enter annual bonus potential - Bonuses are paid out at the end of the year and are tied to a percentage of personal and company’s performance. • Benefits: Health insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO - 100 percent coverage for well visits, Individual and family options, Dental and vision options, Health savings account with annual company contribution, Coverage begins within 30 days of employment • Time off: 20 days annually plus six company holidays; After three years of employment, increases to 23 days annually plus six company holidays • Retirement savings: 401(k) with matching contribution; Profit-sharing • Tuition reimbursement: Up to a maximum of $5,250 annually for eligible courses/programs
