    Position Overview

    As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers experiencing truck breakdowns. You’ll manage the entire case lifecycle—from intake to resolution—coordinating service providers, updating customers, and ensuring a smooth, efficient process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Handle ~35 inbound/outbound calls per day

    + Use Salesforce to manage and close service cases

    + Pinpoint truck locations using mapping tools and dispatch the nearest service provider

    + Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve breakdowns

    + Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers

    + Establish payment methods and document all case activity

    + Support non-emergency service scheduling for contract maintenance customers

    • Must-Have Qualifications

    + 1+ year of customer service experience

    + Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

    + Proficiency with computers and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

    Nice-to-Haves

    + Experience in automotive or dispatching

    + Bilingual in Spanish or French

    + Familiarity with Salesforce

     

    Shift Options (8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch; some flexibility available)

    Choose from one of the following schedules:

    + Mon–Tues, Fri–Sun | Start: 3:00 AM

    + Mon–Wed, Fri–Sat | Start: 4:00 AM

    + Mon–Wed, Fri–Sat | Start: 9:30 AM

    + Mon, Thu–Sun | Start: 2:00 PM

    + Mon–Tues, Fri–Sun | Start: 11:00 AM

    + Mon–Wed, Sat–Sun | Start: 7:30 PM

    + Mon–Tues, Thu–Sat | Start: 5:30 AM

     

    Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 6–8 weeks (must be available for training)

    Work Environment

    + On-site call center in Renton, WA

    + Over 50 team members

    + Desk-based role with headset use throughout the shift
