Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
+ Oversees and manages the student lifecycle, exercising independent judgment in resolving complex enrollment and accreditation issues from initial interest through course completion and credit awarding
+ Interprets and applies institutional policies and accreditation standards to address student inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
+ Advises on the development and implementation of training programs, leveraging expertise in COE accreditation best practices to guide instructional design and delivery
+ Serves as the primary liaison with accrediting bodies, negotiating access to courseware, training materials, assessments, and reports, and ensuring ongoing compliance with continuing education requirements
+ Leads process improvement initiatives related to accreditation and student lifecycle management, utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems

Qualifications
+ Active Council on Occupational Education (CoE) accreditation process certification required
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of overall work experience, of which, 1+ years of that experience is specifically in educational program administration, including interpreting and applying COE accreditation policies, maintaining compliance with continuing education requirements, and interfacing with accrediting bodies to support courseware, training materials, assessments, and reports
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
+ Ability to travel up to 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $150,000.
