The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows:$20.00 Hourly
The anticipated pay rate for this position is: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm + overtime
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Track Daily/Weekly/Monthly Spend for all vendors
+ Tracks daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s & prepare weekly KPI Reports
+ Assist in tracking Facility Action Plans
+ Assist with Monthly Financials
+ Order Office/Warehouse Supplies & track Costs
+ Assist planning teammate events
+ Maintain Call em-all system
+ Create Purchase Orders and monitor monthly spend by Vendors
+ Create Shopping Carts in SAP/Coupa
+ Receive Supplies in Coupa
+ Ensure all Facility Bills are paid
+ Conduct clerical duties, including filing, preparing documents and presentations
+ Creates daily/weekly/monthly presentations
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Create & maintain Teammates Communication Boards
+ Excellent written, Verbal communication & Problem solving skills
+ Assist with all Capex spending, creates, maintains, all Capex related items
+ Participates in all Safety Meeting, takes required notes & communicates with the DC Team
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
+ Prior SAP/Coupa experience managing expenses
+ Strong organizational and planning skills.
+ Microsoft Office– Intermediate/Advanced Level: Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet
+ Data analysis skills
+ Warehouse Management JDA Experience a plus
