QNXT quality auditor reviews and tests the configuration and performance of the QNXT platform, a healthcare claims and benefits management system. The role is crucial for ensuring accurate claims processing, regulatory compliance, and overall system integrity.

Key responsibilities

+ Audit and testing: Conduct regular audits and assessments of the QNXT system and its configuration to ensure it meets business objectives and regulatory standards, such as HIPAA.

+ Test plan strategy: Develop and manage test plan strategies, design test scenarios, and execute tests for configuration changes and new system releases.

+ Defect tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects and issues found during testing and audits.

+ Data validation: Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information related to member enrollment, provider networks, and claims.

+ Compliance monitoring: Monitor configurations to ensure they comply with applicable state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
