What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your role will involve:

+ Engaging with customers via phone, email, and digital channels (chat, social media).

+ Assisting with inquiries related to checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and foundational banking services.

+ Performing account transactions and maintenance with precision and care.

+ Striving for first-contact resolution by using your expertise and available resources.

+ Staying up-to-date on bank products, policies, and procedures.

+ Identifying sales opportunities and referring clients to the appropriate teams.

+ Escalating complex issues when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

What You Bring

We’re looking for professionals who are not only skilled but also customer-obsessed. Ideal candidates will have:

+ Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or financial services environment.

+ Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

+ A customer-first mindset with a drive to resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.

+ Familiarity with banking products and terminology is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
