    Position Title: Lead Full Stack Developer – Java | Angular | DevOps

     

    Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Pittsburgh PA OR Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center.

     

    Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remotes

     

    Intended length of Assignment: 12/19/2025

     

    Reason for open position: Backfill

     

    Potential for Contract Extension: Yes

     

    Function of the Group: Support the capital markets business, revenue generating profit center, reduce costs (regulatory reporting)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Developer

    + Handle tasks on JIRA board

    + Help younger or less senior staff with their items

    + Lead expectation is 30% and 70% development

     

    Level -15+ years

    Must Have Technical Skills:

    + DevOps

    + Java

    + Springboot

    + Database/Sql

    + Angular 16

    + Oracle

    Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

    + Python

    + Scripting (batch or shell)

    + Scheduling tools

    Soft Skills:

    + Verbal and written communication

    + Leadership

    + Active listening - hearing what the team is saying and being collaborative

     

    Education/Certifications: Bachelors is a plus

    Interview Process:

    2 Rounds

    1st Round: 1-2 person panel with HM (video) - 30-1HR

    2nd Round: 3-4 person panel with a developer, Software Architect and HM - Hands on - 1.5-2 hours (video)
