• Sales Operations Analyst

    System One (San Jose, CA)


    Job Title: Analyst, Sales Operations

    Hours/Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm/ Hybrid

    Compensation: $26.66- $36.66/ hr

     

    Type: Contract

    Responsibilities

    Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations (Required)

    + Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support the full Q2C lifecycle- from quote creation through order fulfillment and billing.

    + Ensure accuracy and consistency in customer master data, pricing conditions, order management, and invoicing processes in SAP.

    + Monitor Q2C workflows and proactively resolve issues that impact order processing or revenue recognition.

    + Support testing and rollout of Q2C-related enhancements and changes in SAP.

    Salesforce Administration Support (Preferred)

    + Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access settings.

    + Create and maintain custom fields, Lightning Record Pages, Lightning Reports and Dashboards.

    + Maintain data quality by executing de-duplication and data hygiene tasks.

    Migration Testing & Support

    + Support go-live readiness, post-go-live validation, and stabilization efforts.

    Requirements

    + 3–5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM or a related functional role.

    + Experience using Salesforce.com in Lightning UI, preferably as an Administrator

    + Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and material master data lifecycle.

    + Hands-on experience with SAP ERP transactions (MM01, XD01, VA01, VF01, etc.).

    + Proficiency with Salesforce.com setup and configuration, especially Sales Cloud.

    + Experience with data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools.

    + Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Comfortable working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.

    + Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
