    As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of this shift—embedded with leaders and leadership teams to drive bold talent strategies that fuel AI-first innovation, accelerate org agility, and cultivate a high-performance culture built on speed, clarity, and inclusion.

     

    This is more than a traditional HR role. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner and transformation catalyst, helping leaders navigate ambiguity, scale rapidly, and align talent with the pace and promise of cutting-edge technology. You’ll support a diverse, interdisciplinary community of engineers, product managers, and designers building the next generation of intelligent copilots and autonomous agents for industry.

    Responsibilities

    Drive Strategic Talent and Organization Design

    + Partner with BIC leaders to architect scalable org structures, talent strategies, and workforce plans that enable rapid innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-first capabilities across engineering, product, and design teams.

    Accelerate Performance and Culture at Scale

    + Foster a culture of high performance, agility, and accountability by driving talent calibration, leadership effectiveness, and inclusive team dynamics. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and remove barriers to team velocity and innovation.

    Lead Through Transformation and Ambiguity

    + Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent through organizational growth, transformation, and experimentation. Guide leaders through complex change with clarity, adaptability, and a bias for action—ensuring people strategies stay aligned with evolving business priorities.

    Champion Inclusion, Growth, and Resilience

    + Embed inclusion and psychological safety into the foundation of team culture. Partner with leaders to build resilient, adaptive teams through tailored development, coaching, and capability-building programs designed for high-scale, fast-learning environments.

    Coach and Scale Leaders for the Next Frontier

    + Provide strategic coaching to leaders to help them scale their impact, lead through complexity, and build high-performing teams. Equip leaders with the mindset, tools, and behaviors needed to thrive in a high-velocity, innovation-driven environment.

    Lead Talent Enablement for Digital Transformation

    + Partner with business leaders to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by aligning talent strategy with evolving capability needs. Lead initiatives focused on reskilling, upskilling, and workforce readiness—ensuring teams are equipped to deliver in an AI-powered, rapidly evolving landscape.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)

    + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 8+ years of experience in organizational design, talent management, driving strategic workforce initiatives and enhancing operational effectiveness.

    + 2+ years experience in driving digital transformation in Technology companies

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)

    + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 12+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CIPD).

    + 4+ years experience with partnering with wide network of clients and across human resources to deliver effective business solutions.

     

    HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
