We’re looking for a **Senior Program Manager** who shares this spirit and will join us on the journey to transform how we conduct research across the entire stack. This role combines **design thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and fluency with emerging technologies** to identify the right problems, shape bold opportunities, and drive them into impactful research programs.

Responsibilities
+ Lead problem-framing and design thinking practices to ensure teams are solving the right problems grounded in user needs, societal impact, and strategic fit.
+ Build and drive new programs and projects, shaping roadmaps from spark to structured execution.
+ Partner across research, engineering, and design disciplines to align exploration with pathways to impact.
+ Act as a connector and translator across fields, ensuring specialists can go deep while advancing shared goals.
+ Balance blue-sky ideation with disciplined execution, creating clarity and progress in ambiguous spaces.
+ Advance initiatives involving AI transformation and emerging technologies, ensuring responsible and impactful application.
+ Model interdisciplinary program management in a research context (being curious, adaptive, and rigorous.).

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, design / product strategy, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Proven ability to initiate and drive programs from early-stage concept to execution.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Demonstrated expertise applying design thinking to identify and frame high-value problems.
+ Experience working across multiple disciplines (e.g., research, design, engineering) to deliver impactful outcomes.
+ Demonstrated success creating clarity and progress in projects with evolving or ambiguous requirements.
+ Experience leading initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital transformation, or emerging technologies
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts across diverse audiences.
+ Background in supporting technology clients through roles in creative, design, or art agency environments.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
