Description:

To develop data resources for various systems supported in Facility Services. These systems include, but are not limited to: Service Hub (CMMS) and SAP. This position’s function is pivotal to all system support work as any inaccuracies in the foundational data sets will result in systemic failures in all corresponding support work.

The responsibilities include:

+ creating and maintaining master data in SAP

+ adding, deactivating and updating supplier assignment in Facilities Master Data (FSPMD).

+ verifying accuracy of existing master data

+ maintaining training resources and assisting the reconciliation team

Year End Bonus:

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay

Required Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent or

+ equivalent experience

+ 2 years’ experience in an analytical or customer service field

+ ability to work effectively without close supervision or guidance

+ ability to self-direct work activities and take action on tasks without direction from a supervisor

+ ability to set priorities

+ ability to manage time so that the priority of the activities determines the timing and amount of attention they receive

+ ability to determine, apply, and perform necessary arithmetic operations to solve practical math problems

+ ability to inspect, cleanse, transform and model data from various sources with the goal of discovering useful information/trends, informing conclusion and supporting decision-making

+ ability to understand and apply new information, procedures, or principles to perform job duties

+ ability to understand the “big picture” and the interrelationships among various parts of the organization (e.g., department or company), including the impact of changes in one area on another area

+ ability to attend to and verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information in documents or on the computer, such as prices, quantity, weights, lists or data

+ ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, positive, and productive working relationships with associates, managers, customers, and vendors

+ ability to create an environment in which a positive and professional service orientation is evident to internal customers

+ ability to prepare clear, accurate, understandable, and professional written text in English

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate’s degree (in technical field)

+ 4 years’ experience in an analytical or customer service field or 1 year experience with SAP

+ knowledge of Publix Organizational Structure, specifically Facilities interconnection and impact of tasks

+ knowledge of Facilities products, services, and suppliers

+ knowledge of inventory and material management

+ intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word

+ advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

+ basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint & Access

+ SAP or equivalent ERP software

+ SharePoint and Power Apps
