Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on managing the Deal Desk and supporting the Sales team throughout the entire deal lifecycle—from opportunity creation to deal closure and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a background in quoting, Salesforce, reporting and data hygiene and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
+ **Deal Desk & Sales Support**
+ Provide front line support to sales, with the goal of delivering a seamless and efficient quote-to-cash revenue process for both new and existing business.
+ Collaborate with Order Processing, Finance and Legal to accelerate the deal review and approval process, identifying and resolving potential roadblocks to maintain sales velocity.
+ Review pricing, deal structures, and discounting in alignment with company policies.
+ Manage and use pricing tools, including Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), to drive accuracy and efficiency.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for key sales tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Groove.
+ **Process Improvement**
+ Assist with the improvement of process for Deal Desk intake, prioritization, and assignment.
+ Document and standardize Deal Desk processes, maintaining current SOPs and training guides.
+ Streamline the sales process by identifying and proposing solutions, ensuring timely deal closures.
+ Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to align processes with broader revenue operations goals.
+ **Reporting and Data Management:**
+ Perform deep-dive analyses on discounting trends, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy across new and renewal business.
+ Provide direct support to sellers for their basic reporting and data needs, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Clari to deliver key insights on their performance and pipeline.
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce and related systems
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on deal and order hygiene to minimize friction of deals post close (billings, reporting accuracy, etc.)
+ Monitor Data Health Dashboard and make updates as needed to ensure opportunity, quote and contract records are accurate and complete.
About You
+ 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar role preferably within a SaaS company.
+ Proven track record supporting large, complex deals with enterprise clients.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce, including CPQ and reporting tools.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
+ Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving and proactive attitude.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
