You will be on the bleeding edge of AI, helping transform manufacturers and innovating as you go. Not only will you be helping customers, but you will be the chief pathfinder for our product and technology teams as you discover repeatable solutions for US manufacturers.
+ Lead solutions delivery and customer transformation that coexist with, and leverage CADDi’s AI products and data platform.
+ Build a solutions motion that starts bespoke and becomes repeatable offerings and product features.
+ Own the services P&L and revenue target.
+ Translate field patterns into reusable assets and clear product roadmap inputs.
+ Purpose of Solutions Delivery: revenue capture, deal acceleration alongside Sales, and product roadmap signal by converting repeatable patterns into platform capabilities.
+ Build and lead a team of Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Industry Consultants (e.g., procurement, supply chain, quality); stand up the Professional Services operating model (scoping, SOW templates, rate cards, stage gates, QA, change management, risk management).
+ Establish executive-level customer engagement (QBRs/value reviews), value realization frameworks, and expansion motions aligned to measurable business outcomes.
+ Focus on delivering actionable insights and decision support from customer engineering and operations data.
What Your Days Will Look Like
+ Customer transformation and delivery: Lead discovery, value engineering, and solution design across data, integrations, and AI-enabled use cases. Stand up delivery playbooks (SOWs, PMO cadence, QA, change management) and ensure measurable time-to-value.
+ P&L and GTM ownership: Own services P&L and price/package offerings. Run pre-sales: scoping, solution architecture, SOWs, RFPs, rate cards; partner with Sales but own services growth.
+ Product and platform shaping: Convert bespoke wins into repeatable accelerators and influence the platform roadmap with validated customer needs. Define guardrails for when to build custom vs. push for core platform roadmapping.
+ TAM leadership: Institute executive sponsorship, QBRs, adoption runbooks, and expansion playbooks. Ensure TAMs drive value realization, risk management, and account expansion across business units and use cases.
Requirements
+ Services leadership: Built/scaled a $5M+ services P&L (0→1 and 1→N); knows how to sell, deliver, and renew.
+ Consulting toolkit: Top-tier consulting or Systems Integrator with hands-on execution bias.
+ Manufacturing native: Deep familiarity with manufacturing enterprise systems (ERP/MES/PLM/QA/LIMS) and building data integrations.
+ Comfortable leading data integration and AI-enabled use cases.
+ Hands-on AI engineering: proficient in Python; able to build and ship AI-related applications and implement guardrails.
+ Player-coach orientation: willing to be hands-on in early deliveries while building and scaling the team.
+ Commercial acumen: Excellent at shaping ambiguous problems into scoped, valuable SOWs; credible at VP/CXO levels.
+ Builder-leader: Can start solo, then recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team and partner ecosystem.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliant). Must be open to 30% travel.
