The Senior Project Manager – Continuous Improvement & Analytics will be a key driver in optimizing the performance of our logistics network, with a primary focus on reducing damage and returns and improving inventory and order flow. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our use of AI-powered insights and dashboard tools to surface root causes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can transform complex data into actionable strategies, lead high-impact initiatives, and collaborate effectively across functions.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement projects targeting damage reduction, return mitigation, inventory optimization, and overall network efficiency.
+ Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, including process simplification, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and productivity enhancements.
+ Analyze internal and customer data—leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools—to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps.
+ Enhance and evolve dashboard and KPI reporting tools to ensure insights are visible, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define business problems, uncover actionable insights, and implement sustainable solutions.
+ Translate complex data and findings into compelling presentations and narratives tailored for business leaders and key stakeholders.
+ Represent the Logistics function in cross-functional forums such as the Damage Council and Cost of Quality meetings.
+ Travel occasionally to customer sites, warehouses, and manufacturing plants (anticipated travel <20%).
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
+ 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or quality-related functions.
+ Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
+ Proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
+ Results-driven mindset with a natural curiosity and a bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Salesforce.
+ Exposure to or experience working with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., machine learning models, predictive analytics).
+ Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion emerging technologies and analytical methods.
+ Certification or practical experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous improvement methodologies.
+ In-depth understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, and final mile delivery.
