    Description and Requirements

     

    The **Worldwide Sales Operations** team is seeking a **Business Intelligence Analyst** with strong SQL skills, experience in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of access and control management for sensitive data environments.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop end-to-end BI solutions: including ETL processes, dashboard design, review cycles, and publishing to production environments.

    + Recommend and implement visualization features/designs that best meet the analytical needs of business users.

    + Build dashboards that support and drive informed decision-making.

    + Write and optimize SQL queries and analytical models.

    + Collaborate across teams and functions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ensure data integrity and compliance with information management governance policies.

    + Design, implement, and manage access control processes for BI environments handling sensitive or confidential data.

    + Administer user roles and permissions in compliance with internal data governance and security standards.

    + Audit and monitor access to BI assets and data pipelines to ensure compliance and traceability.

    + Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align BI practices with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

    + Provide ongoing support to operational teams in the design and execution of reporting solutions.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.

    + Manage BI-related projects, including planning, tracking, and risk management.

    + Propose and document system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 5+ years experience in BI or data analytics

    + Bachelors degree in economics, systems engineering, computer science, or related field

    + Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

    + Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

    + Experience in access control and data security practices in BI environments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Power BI (PBI)

    + Databricks

    + Experience in multiple industries is a plus

    + Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
