The Law Offices of Samer Habbas and Associates, P.C. is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their employment division, The Labor Champ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law litigation, with commitment to our clients and a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

+ Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stage

+ Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

+ Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

+ Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff

Requirements

+ J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar

+ Minimum 2-4 years of employment law experience

+ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
