The Senior Finance Manager – Brand Finance is a strategic business partner to Marketing and Commercial teams, responsible for driving financial performance, enabling brand growth, and ensuring sound investment decisions. This role leads financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key brands, providing insights that shape strategy and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong financial acumen, and is passionate about driving brand growth through data.

+ Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Innovation teams to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and promotional investments.

+ Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned brands. Analyze P&L drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

+ Monitor brand performance against targets, providing actionable insights and variance analysis. Drive accountability for financial results.

+ Partner with Revenue Management and Trade Marketing to assess ROI of marketing campaigns, innovation launches, and trade promotions. Support resource allocation decisions aligned with brand priorities.

+ Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin strategies.

+ Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and dashboards to senior leadership. Translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

+ Drive high performance culture by providing guidance, direction and developmental leadership to direct reports.

+ Champion change management behaviors and influence business partners.
