CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant – SAP CX Sales & Service opening for our client in Albany, NY.

**Location:** Albany, NY

**Duration:** 3 months

Duties:

+ Analyze business requirements and design SAP CX Sales & Service solutions to meet client needs.

+ Configure and implement SAP CX Sales & Service modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud.

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts.

+ Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

+ Provide training and support to clients on SAP CX Sales & Service functionality and best practices.

+ Stay up-to-date with SAP CX Sales & Service releases, patches, and new features, and apply this knowledge to client projects.

+ Integrate SAP CX Sales & Service with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW.

Skills:

+ Strong knowledge of SAP CX Sales & Service modules, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

+ Proficiency in business process analysis and solution design.

+ Experience in system configuration, integration, and testing.

+ Ability to develop detailed documentation and training materials.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Excellent collaboration and client-facing skills.

Experience:

+ 5+ years of SAP implementation experience with a focus on CX Sales & Service solutions.

+ Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

+ Experience with SAP integrations (ERP, CRM, BW) preferred.

+ Prior consulting experience highly desirable.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

+ SAP certifications in CX Sales & Service are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
