CTG is seeking to fill an Adobe Analyst – Travel & Lifestyle Analytics opening for our client in New York, NY.
**Location:** Remote or preferred onsite in NYC
**Duration:** Ongoing Contract
Duties:
+ Analyze customer journeys, engagement, and conversion patterns within Adobe Analytics to support travel and lifestyle business units.
+ Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
+ Partner with business stakeholders, marketing, and product teams to define measurement strategies and tracking requirements.
+ Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to improve customer experiences and revenue outcomes.
+ Ensure proper data collection, governance, and implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across platforms.
+ Provide ongoing insights and thought leadership around customer engagement within travel and lifestyle sectors.
Skills:
+ Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, including workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, and reporting.
+ Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
+ Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, campaign analysis, and customer journey analytics.
+ Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics in a business or consulting environment.
+ Experience working with travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated success in developing dashboards, tracking frameworks, and presenting analytical findings.
+ Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions a plus.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
