    Elko, NV 89801 Primary &Urgent Care | All Ages | Epic EMR

     

    Assignment Details

     

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Duration: Through March 29, 2026

    + Schedule:

    + 40 hours/week

    + Mon–Thur or Tue–Fri: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + 2 weekends/month: Sat/Sun 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

     

    Clinical Scope

     

    + Primary & urgent care for patients of all ages, including newborns

    + Patient Volume: 7–10/day

    + EMR: Epic

    + Support Team: Full clinic staff including MDs, APPs, nurses, MAs, and office personnel

    Requirements

    + Board Certified NP

    + Active Nevada NP license

    + Certifications: BLS & DEA required

    + Experience:

    + Minimum 1 year in primary care

    + Must be comfortable treating all age groups
