    2025–2026 School Year | September–June $35–$40/hour | Multiple Openings Across Elementary & Middle School

    + Middle School

    + 1 Literacy Coach

    + 1 ELA Teacher

    + 1 Tech Ed Teacher

    + Elementary School

    + 3 Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Teachers

    + 2 First Grade Teachers (at two separate buildings)

    + 1 Third Grade Teacher

    + 1 Fourth Grade Teacher

    + 1 Fifth Grade Teacher

     

    All roles include:

    + Delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to diverse learners

    + Creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment

    + Collaborating with colleagues, families, and support staff to promote student success

    + Monitoring academic progress and adjusting instruction based on student needs

    + Participating in professional development and school-wide initiatives

    Literacy Coach additionally supports:

    + Curriculum planning and literacy strategy implementation

    + Coaching and mentoring teachers in best practices for reading and writing instruction

    + Facilitating data-driven interventions and literacy-focused PD sessions

    DLI Teachers additionally support:

    + Bilingual instruction aligned with dual language program goals

    + Language development in both English and Spanish (or target language)

    + Cross-cultural learning and family engagement

    ? Requirements

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license appropriate to grade level and subject

    + Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred for Literacy Coach)

    + Prior classroom experience strongly preferred

    + Bilingual fluency required for DLI roles

    + Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills
