    DESCRIPTION

    **Director, Strategy & Integration** is accountable for planning, organizing, and directing activities related to multiple small to large projects and programs. Organizing project and program teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project and program schedules, creating detailed work plans and determining resource requirements. Creating and managing risk, issue and decision logs. Identifying, coordinating and monitoring cross program and project dependencies. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects and programs including cost, timing, budget and staffing. Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing projects and programs on time and to budget. Integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables

     

    The ideal candidate will be commutable to Acosta Group Hub with preference to Lewisville, TX (Dallas) and Jacksonville, FL. Positions is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship (i.e. H1, F1, TN, etc.)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develops roadmaps that take a strategic view of the work and ensures that portfolio roadmaps align with enterprise business and technology objectives.

    + Strong experience with Project Management and Agile Deployment methodologies. This includes working with the QA and Release Management team to help develop test strategies and ensure all appropriate signoffs are received and conform to a highly disciplined release management strategy.

    + Large scale IT project experience using Agile in combination with traditional waterfall methodologies.

    + Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Deep financial acumen, with proven experience managing large capital projects that include labor, hardware and software and experience managing vendor SOW contract deliverables to ensure they are met.

    + Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience.

    + Ability to interact with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and product owners in matrix structure of product management team.

    + Strong knowledge and understanding of the retail domain with the ability to establish/maintain high levels of stakeholder trust and confidence; prior experience leading product, item enrichment and master data transformation efforts strongly preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education and Work Experience

    + **Bachelor’s degree** required in Information Technology or relevant field

    + **Ten (10)** or more years of progressive work experience integrating multiple ERP implementation and transformational programs.

    + This role regularly interfaces with business users and leadership.

    + Previous experience with Program or Project Management, Product Management and Process Improvement. Human Resources and Finance experience is preferred

    + Excellent **executive presence** and a track record of success working closely with all levels of the organization.

    + **Flexible** nature with good sense of humor who looks to establish strong working relationships and enjoys being part of team of like-minded individuals
