    What You'll Do

    + Own pilot program management to ensure departments have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

    + Serve as a customer-facing partner: join technical sales calls, call departments and new users, and guide adoption.

    + Deliver product demos to prospective customers and support the sales team during the pre-sales process.

    + Design and execute HubSpot campaigns (email and SMS) to drive awareness, nurture leads, expand usage, and support sales cycles.

    + Help create and maintain sales collateral to support business development.

    + Collaborate with product, sales, and success teams to surface customer feedback and translate it into improvements.

    Who You Are

    + 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, customer-facing SaaS roles, or product marketing.

    + HubSpot Expert (campaigns, workflows, analytics).

    + Excellent communicator — confident with officers, chiefs, and civilian staff alike.

    + Tech-savvy and able to translate complex solutions into simple explanations.

    + Motivated by growth, highly adaptable, and eager to contribute across teams.

    + Must be based in Greenville, SC.
