Support the Inside Sales team with order entry and management as well as customer engagement. Assist with documenting sales related process and procedures. Develop effective communication and a positive working relationship with Sales department.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Serve as a liaison to define and document processes and procedures for Sales and Order Management.
+ Assist with the creation and maintenance of process maps.
+ Prepare and maintain Sales documents and quotes.
+ Enter data and order information into systems such as Web Order Entry System, MAPICs and Excel.
+ Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain relevant order details.
+ Provide customer support by taking phone calls from external customers and our Field Sales team.
+ Provide project level support to Sales and Order Management on various projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business related field.
+ Willing to travel or relocate to McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania for the summer of 2026.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
+ GPA of 3.0 or greater within declared major
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
WORKING CONDITIONS

+ This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
+ Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
+ Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
+ Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
