    What You’ll Do

     

    As a member of our Site Leadership Team, you’ll oversee all aspects of project management and customer account management. You’ll provide structure, process, and expert guidance for client engagements while cultivating strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered **on time and in full.**

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of project management professionals.

    + Develop and refine project management frameworks, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and excellence.

    + Serve as the key connection between strategy and operations—tracking KPIs, budgets, and resources.

    + Partner with senior site leaders to shape and deliver on strategic goals.

    + Build lasting client relationships, from early discussions with Business Development to ongoing reviews with existing customers.

    + Champion continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Global Operational Excellence.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    We’re seeking a strategic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings proven expertise in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 10+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 5 years in project management and 5 years in leadership.

    + CDMO experience strongly preferred; sterile fill/finish or lyophilization knowledge a plus.

    + Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).

    + Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
