    Job Description

    Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing, leasing, and operations teams by executing marketing strategies that drive occupancy, elevate brand presence, and engage target audiences across multiple U.S. markets. This role requires a blend of project management, content creation, and digital marketing skills to ensure accurate property promotion, optimized campaigns, and consistent brand standards.

     

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will directly contribute to increased occupancy rates, stronger brand recognition, and improved customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    Property & Community Marketing

     

    + Manage all aspects of community and property listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in visuals, descriptions, mapping, and syndication to third-party sites.

    + Coordinate the ordering, organization, and maintenance of visual assets to ensure properties and communities are represented with high-quality, brand-aligned imagery.

    + Support on-site marketing needs, including signage installations, promotional materials, and other community marketing requests.

    •Digital Marketing & Analytics

    + Maintain and update company and community websites, ensuring accuracy and timely content updates.

    + Support email marketing campaigns, from drafting copy to monitoring results.

    + Manage community social media accounts by maintaining a content calendar and ensuring consistent posting across all channels

    + Conduct A/B testing and support marketing experiments to improve conversions.

     

    Brand & Content Development

     

    + Draft compelling, brand-compliant copy and marketing content to support property and/or community promotions and campaigns.

    + Support email marketing campaigns, from drafting copy to monitoring results.

    + Manage community social media accounts by maintaining a content calendar and ensuring consistent posting across all channels

    + Ensure all communications align with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

     

    Collaboration & Reporting

     

    + Effectively manage all tasks, ensuring details are accurate, current, and documented within the project management system to support transparency, accountability, and progress tracking.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

    + Contribute ideas to enhance marketing strategies and processes.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    + 2+ years of marketing or administrative experience, or equivalent

    + Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

    + Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365)

    + Experienced with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

    + Able to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and high-level customer service

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration

    + Authentic, integrity-driven team player, detail-oriented, and results-focused

    Preferred Skills & Competencies:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

    + Experience working in real estate marketing, ideally in new construction or community marketing

    + Practiced problem-solver

    + Experience working with a Project Management System (Wrike, Monday, Trello etc.)

    + Salesforce or similar CRM experience

    + Able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude and high-level of customer service

    + Understanding of Fair Housing Advertising Regulations

    Key Metrics & Responsibilities:

    To measure success in this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be evaluated on:

    Community and Property Listing Accuracy & Turnaround

     

    + % of listings published accurately on first draft

    + Average time from property ready to market to listing live

     

    Occupancy Support Metrics

     

    + Number of leads generated per campaign/listing

    + Contribution to occupancy rate goals (e.g., % occupancy at assigned communities)

     

    Digital Engagement & Conversion

     

    + Website traffic growth (unique visitors, session duration)

    + Conversion rate of website inquiries to leads

    + Email campaign open and click-through rates

     

    Social Media & Reputation Management

     

    + Growth in followers, engagement rate, and reach

    + Response time and sentiment on social channels and review sites

     

    Project & Campaign Execution

     

    + % of projects delivered on time and within scope

    + Accuracy of reporting and actionable insights delivered

     

    Collaboration & Process Improvement

     

    + Internal stakeholder satisfaction (measured via surveys/feedback)

    + Number of process improvements or new ideas implemented

    Physical Requirements:

    + Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

    + Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.

    + Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, including the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.

    + Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.

    + Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail-oriented, and with good reasoning skills.

    + Must be able to work in small and confined spaces for extended periods.

    + Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.

    Environmental Requirements:

    + Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employees must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns.

    + Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties.

    + Must be able to work in the office as regularly scheduled
