The **Senior Vendor Management Professional** is a key contributor to Humana’s CenterWell Rx Education strategy, responsible for cultivating high-performing vendor partnerships that support member engagement, operational excellence, and scalable growth. This role ensures vendors deliver consistent value through aligned goals, strong governance, and proactive relationship management. The Vendor Manager will serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, driving accountability, innovation, and performance across the vendor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendor partners to ensure alignment with Humana’s mission and business objectives.
+ Lead vendor governance routines to include performance reviews, business planning sessions, and executive-level reporting.
+ Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and service level expectations, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Finance, Training) to ensure vendor solutions meet evolving business needs.
+ Support vendor onboarding, ramp planning, and capability development to ensure readiness and scalability.
+ Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to support contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance reviews.
+ Contribute to strategic initiatives including RFP development, cost optimization, and member experience enhancements.
+ Represent CenterWell Rx Education in enterprise-wide vendor forums and cross-functional workstreams.

Required Qualifications
+ Based in Florida, with ability to travel to vendor sites as needed (Domestic and international).
+ Three (3) or more years of experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing and/or business operations.
+ Experience with tracking and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements on vendors/clients.
+ Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
+ Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and drive performance outcomes.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in business reporting tools and performance dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Technical experience with analytical and data visualization tools, preferably in Excel and Power BI.
+ Experience performing data analysis and/or trends analysis.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
+ Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or payer environments.
+ Familiarity with vendor governance frameworks and contract lifecycle management.
+ Experience with performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Lean Six Sigma and/or the project management experience.
Additional Information
**Work Style** : Hybrid (Remote/Onsite): Humana’s Orlando, FL RxEducation facility and aligned vendor sites.
**Travel** : 25% (Domestic and International)

To ensure Hybrid Office/Home associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Hybrid Office/Home associates must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone and computer equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
