Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Technology Architect.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $90 - $100 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the development of objectives, conduct tests, analyze issues, and develop solutions to engineering problems; plan and design systems and facilities including lines, substations, system interconnections, and system protection as well as designing system upgrades, system failure restoration, and modifications in compliance with Company, state, and federal regulations, standards, and requirements

+ Participate in or lead research, development, and demonstration of emerging technologies, systems and equipment including metering, field equipment, materials, distributed energy resources, energy storage, and power system technologies

+ Develop multi-year plans, schedules, and technical roadmaps and establish budgets and cost estimates, and develop tracking mechanisms for project progress and costs; define engineering standards, procedures, work methods, and specifications for equipment and oversee review, publication, and implementation of approved standards; may act as a project manager managing through matrixed employees/teams/vendors who are not direct reports but for which the incumbent has direct accountability to lead and achieve project objectives

+ Thorough knowledge of applicable standards, codes, methods, and practices unique to area of expertise; ability to apply advanced engineering principles to identify and resolve complex issues; possesses one to three years of engineering experience.

+ Drive the success of the Technology Enablement and Analytics Portfolio through operational excellence initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.

+ Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between technology solutions and evolving business needs.

+ Deliver cross-platform architectural solutions to support enterprise-wide projects and multi-domain initiatives.

+ Collaborate with teams to enable AI-driven capabilities, enhancing platform performance, user experience, and cost efficiency.

+ Contribute strategic insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and portfolio planning.

+ Prepare and present executive-level communications to articulate strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively.

Experience Requirements:

Required Skills/Attributes

+ SAP: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP BTP, S/4 HANA (all modules), and Cloud Application Programming.

+ Integration & Architecture: Advanced knowledge of all integration platforms and cross-platform architectural frameworks.

+ Other Technologies: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft stack, Oracle, SQL, Snowflake, eDMRM, and OpenText.

+ Emerging Needs: Experience in enabling AI-driven solutions, process automation, user experience enhancements, and cost optimization.

Analytics

+ Deep expertise in leveraging analytics to drive optimization and strategic decision-making.

Strategic Contributions

+ Advanced portfolio planning to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

+ Expertise in project management methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

+ Strategy development capabilities to drive innovative and impactful solutions.

+ Proficiency in delivering compelling executive-level presentations.

Desired Skills/Attributes

+ Prior experience in SCE processes, with a proven record of managing complex cross-functional dependencies.

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate large enterprise environments, balancing technical expertise with people and process-related considerations.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration across teams.

Education Requirements:

+ Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in a scientific/technical/math field

+ Professional Engineer's License is preferred

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
