ALL ABOUT MERCHANDISING:
Our Merchandising team drives the ideation and development of a product offering that supports our consumers; educators, parents and students alike, in celebrating their achievement with pride. The team is comprised of several product categories including jewelry, stationery, graduation regalia, apparel, and celebratory accessories. This highly collaborative group works directly with Marketing, Sales, Digital & Operations in business decision-making and strategy decisions to support product introductions. Team members are expected to be immersed in consumer data, direct and indirect competitive landscape, and relevant product trends. We proudly manufacture a large majority of our products in the USA by Jostens owned and operated factories. This team is the driver of the development process and decision making, whilst working side by side with our sourcing team to make the best purchasing and development decisions for the overall business. The success of our team is directly related to a culture of cross-team collaboration. Jostens allows for a hybrid work setting that focuses on creating professional and personal development.
