Job Description Summary
As the Commercial Readiness Leader, you will own the global strategy and execution of commercial readiness for our Enterprise Imaging portfolio—including PACS, VNA, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled workflows. You will drive wing-to-wing readiness across product launches, business model transitions, and sales enablement to ensure our commercial teams are equipped to win in a rapidly evolving imaging market.
You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Services teams to translate innovation into commercial success—accelerating time-to-revenue, improving attach rates, and scaling adoption across regions and segments.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
+ **Lead the Commercial Organization Readiness (COR) framework** : Define and execute a scalable, repeatable model for commercial readiness across the portfolio—covering process, tools, documentation, training, and KPIs.
+ **Drive launch excellence** : Ensure every new product, feature, or business model is commercially activated with clear messaging, pricing guidance, competitive positioning, and sales tools.
+ **Enable cloud & SaaS readiness** : Build readiness programs for cloud-native and subscription-based solutions, including usage-based pricing, digital delivery, and customer success alignment.
+ **Develop commercial capabilities** : Lead onboarding, product training, sales process education, and selling skills development across direct and indirect channels.
+ **Integrate competitive intelligence** : Embed win/loss insights and market dynamics into readiness programs to sharpen differentiation and objection handling.
+ **Measure impact** : Define and track KPIs such as time-to-revenue, attach rates, sales confidence, and field readiness index.
+ **Champion change** : Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new commercial models, tools, and behaviors across global teams.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in commercial enablement, product marketing, or GTM roles—preferably in healthcare IT, imaging, or enterprise software.
Desired Characteristics
+ Proven success in launching complex solutions across global markets.
+ Strong understanding of commercial processes, sales operations, and enterprise buying cycles.
+ Experience with cloud/SaaS transitions and digital health business models.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
+ Strong project and program management capabilities.
+ Experience in radiology, cardiology, or pathology workflows.
+ Familiarity with PACS, VNA, AI, and cloud-native imaging platforms.
+ Proficiency in sales enablement platforms (e.g., Showpad), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and LMS tools.
+ Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
+ Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast paced, and global environment.

The salary range for this position is Total Base Pay Range 98,880.00 -148,320.00 USD Annually not including a discretionary bonus program.
. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $101,600.00-$152,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
