Job Summary:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Missouri to join their expanding legal team. This remote position focuses on first-party property insurance claims, offering an opportunity to work with a reputable and growth-oriented law firm. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in first-party insurance litigation and a strong ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
Initial Base Salary: $12,500/month for the first 3–6 months
• Commission Structure (after $600,000 in attorney’s fees):
• 25% on firm-generated cases
• 40% on self-generated cases (Attorney on Record)
• 15% on self-generated cases (Not Attorney on Record)
• Base salary typically reduced or removed once commission begins

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the TexasBar.
3–5 years of experience in first-party insurance law.
Plaintiff-side experience preferred.
Strongly preferred: experience in property damage litigation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Must pass a background check. Experience working within or alongside insurance firms. (e.g. Allstate, Geico, Progressive)
Reside in Texas
Relevant background with their private practice
