    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of the implementation of a warehouse management system across Smurfit Westrock's corrugated packaging distribution sites. This person will be working with 3rd party partner vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of the software across seven sites across the country. Additionally, this person will be doing standard project manager tasks such as docking meetings, writing up status reports, leading meetings, and providing proactive communication on project status. Pay rate for this position is between $55 and $75/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience as an IT PM

    - Experience with MS Office suite tools

    • Teams, Outlook, etc.

     

    - Proficiency with PowerPoint

     

    - Proficiency with Excel

     

    - Proficiency with Smartsheet

    - A good resume is big for this HM

    • Must be in past tense

    • No grammatical errors

    • Must detail how they delivered value in their previous roles; not just a description of what they did

    - Intangibles:

    • Holding people accountable

    • Gritty

    • Sense of urgency

    • Good comm

    • Can work independently and with a team

    • Not afraid to ask questions - Experience with ServiceNow

     

    - Supply chain/warehouse experience

     

    - Comfortable talking to all levels of leadership
