Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to lead program planning, stakeholder coordination, and change management for assessment systems projects. This role focuses on driving organizational change, building strategic relationships, and partnering directly with senior leadership to deliver business-level impact. Requires 5+ years’ program management experience, PMP certification, strong communication, and expert analytical and facilitation skills.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager

• Experience building project/ program plans

• Excellent communication

• Ability to lead autonomously and collaboratively. • Experience in a research-related, testing/ certification or healthcare field

• Experience with Azure DevOps (this is where all requirements are held)

• Experience with Monday.com

• PMP Certification
