    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Remote Senior .NET Developer to join the Software Development team and lead a small team of 3-4 offshore developers. In this role you will drive backend engineering efforts, drive the development of scalable, cloud-native applications and manage complex data workflows. This role combines 50% hands-on development with 50% technical leadership.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 7+ years of experience with full stack development (backend focused) and systems architecture.

     

    - Experience with designing and developing APIs using C#.NET Core/C#.NET 8+.

     

    - Experience with maintaining and enhancing legacy applications built with ASP.NET MVC.

     

    - Experience with Angular and/or React to develop single-page applications (does not have to be from scratch) that interact with backend APIs.

     

    - Experience with building & managing workflows using a variety of Azure Services: Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Web Jobs, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Event Grid.

     

    - Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

     

    Experience with SQL Server - stored procedures, queries, SSIS.

     

    - Experience with mentoring and guiding a team of 2-4 developers. - Experience with implementing microservices using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
