    Job Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IAM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with IAM management tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. This role involves onboarding new applications, managing privileged access, and ensuring seamless integration within our IAM framework.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with application owners to understand application functionality and requirements.

    • Draft and document requirements using standard BRD formats.

    • Assist the QA team with use cases and requirement documentation.

    • Conduct demos for stakeholders to showcase post-production developments.

    • Maintain strong documentation skills using Word and PDFs.

    • Track user stories using Azure DevOps.

    • Utilize Kanban approach for project management.

    • Ensure compliance with standard SDLC and Agile methodologies.

    • Understand and facilitate access requests within the IAM tool.

    • Engage with application owners to gather and understand requirements.

    • Support the QA team by providing detailed use cases and requirements.

    • Maintain and update documentation using Word and PDFs.

    • Work within a Kanban framework to manage project tasks.

    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new applications and manage privileged access.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience with SailPoint or Salient, or any IAM management tool.

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.

    • Experience with standard SDLC and Agile methodologies.

    • Proficiency in drafting and documenting requirements.

    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking user stories. • Experience with Visio or Lucid for process mapping.

    • Background in security practices.

     

    Experience transitioning from development to business analysis roles.
