Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on an Executive Administrator/Chief of Staff in support of a Government Contracting client, sitting out of Columbus, NC two days a week. The EA will support the CEO of the company and will be responsible for the following:
-Email/Outlook management
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Arrange domestic and international travel
-Organize appointments by routing correspondences and managing assignments
-Manage calendars, meetings, and conferences for department personnel
-Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
-Utilize Sharepoint for filing and retrieval
-Prepare printed materials in support of key meetings
-Manage personal calendar
-Assist with creating briefings and marketing materials

Skills and Requirements
At least 10 years of executive administrative experience
At least 5 years supporting a C-suite level executive
At least 5 years of experience within the Federal space
Expert capabilities in scheduling with Concur
Experience with written communications and typing
The ability to exhibit professionalism and responsiveness
Be willing to commute to Columbus, NC twice a week
