Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Support work across the IT VMO alongside the Vendor Manager
• Tracking invoices, provide support in vendor performance meetings, and set up calendars
• Create and send out surveys; compile results
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor record.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and vendor capabilities.
• Support ad hoc reporting.
This position can sit fully remote in Costa Rica or Brazil, working standard local hours.
Pay-rate: $11-$15/hour USD.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
• Detail oriented
• Great with Microsoft office, excel (pivot table, vlookups)
• Experience with Microsoft powerpoint and presentation building
• Great Communication (will be talking to internal and external stakeholders)
• Comfortable working with and interpreting ambiguous or incomplete data.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation. • Vendor management experience
• Familiarity with IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) processes.
• Knowledge of spend analysis and cost optimization techniques.
• Exposure to supplier performance measurement and KPI tracking.
• Experience in understanding governance frameworks and design
