Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Reporting under the SFF Pursuits Portfolio Engineering Lead, primary duties and responsibilities include:
+ Lead and own Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities, monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
+ Lead and own key pursuits within the SFF Product Line.
+ Lead and own the execution of proposal activity to include preparation of Technical Bid Review packages for presentation to the Portfolio Engineering Lead and the SFF Solutions Product Line Engineering Lead.
+ Assist with engineering staffing and staffing allocation via the IRMS tool.
+ Partner and collaborate with other Product line and business area PEMs, program managers, functional engineering managers, and Operations personnel to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved.
+ Ensure project and product safety are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, processes, and best practices. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Active Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access clearances
+ Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verification
+ Experience leading to technical solutions that meet specified requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience supporting Electronic Warfare Programs
+ Experience over the entire product development Lifecycle.
+ Experience leading $10M EMD and/or Production programs
+ Agile / Agile -like project execution is a plus
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
