    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Remote Director of Health Plan Business Testing for a large healthcare company. This individual must reside in one of the approved remote states listed below. This candidate will lead all testing activities for Customer Operations functional areas, including working with extracts & vendor teams: Direct and

     

    oversee comprehensive testing efforts across all functional areas of Customer Operations. Collaborate closely with vendor teams

     

    and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of testing processes, including the management of related

     

    extracts and data. Functional areas include Claims, Encounters, Benefits Configuration, Claims & Pricing Configuration, Enrollment,

     

    Appeals & Grievances, and Contact Center/Customer Service.

     

    • Focus is specifically in QNXT & CSC core applications, and all ancillary systems: Provide specialized leadership in testing for QNXT

     

    and CSC core applications, ensuring all ancillary systems are thoroughly tested for compatibility and performance. Leverage deep

     

    knowledge of these systems to optimize testing strategies and outcomes. Looking to pay around $74 hr.
