    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Tool & Die Maintenance Technician to work for one of our leading suppliers of aluminum die castings to the automotive and non-automotive sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by inspecting and maintaining dies, repairing and replacing defective parts, adjusting and calibrating machinery, and troubleshooting die-related issues. This role involves close collaboration with production teams to ensure dies are ready for production runs, maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, and adhering to safety regulations. Experience with preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of dies, including gravity and pressure die casting, is essential. Our company is a major supplier to industry giants like Volvo and Carmax, particularly for engine parts.
