Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our property management software. As a key member of the engineering team, you will focus on addressing product gaps and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.

Product Development: Design, develop, and enhance property management software that provides seamless solutions for our clients. You will be at the forefront of building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications

Team Collaboration: Depending on the company’s product needs, you may be assigned to one of the following teams:

Affordable Housing Team: Develop software solutions that address the specific challenges and requirements of affordable housing management, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Accounting Team: Build tools and features to streamline financial operations, including rent payments, expense tracking, and budgeting for property managers.

General Integrations Team: Tackle a variety of projects, including work order systems and other integrations designed to enhance property management services. This team focuses on creating versatile and comprehensive solutions.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of full stack software development

React front end

Back end development experience

AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud experience (they are on AWS)

Postgres Database experience AI Experience

Open Search experience

Property management or finance industry experience
