    Job Description

    Insight Global is a Senior Cameo Modeler for one of their largest Aerospace & Defense Clients. The role involves developing system models using MBSE tools, implementing modeling standards and workflows, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce digital engineering deliverables. Candidates will help translate operational needs into system-level requirements, emphasizing performance, resilience, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities also include presenting technical concepts to stakeholders and contributing to long-term modernization efforts for legacy systems transitioning to next-generation platforms. Experience with tools like Cameo Systems Modeler and a background in defense or mission-critical environments is preferred.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7-10 years of professional experience

    • Expertise in systems modeling

    • Proficiency in using Cameo

    • In depth knowledge of MBSE concepts, systems architecture, and complex models

    • BS degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics

    • Active secret clearance (with the ability to obtain Top Secret)

    • Ability to sit onsite at Hill AFB • Master’s degree

    • Top Secret Clearance

    • Additional MBSE tools and software

    • Previous experience with DoD, USAF, or other military organizations

    • General knowledge of requirements management tools
