    Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and innovate within our team, enhancing our client’s product efficiency and reliability. The role involves aligning services with company goals, providing technical guidance, improving development processes, and promoting secure practices. You will communicate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery and recruit and develop a high-performing engineering team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of software development experience with leadership roles, and expertise in Java and cloud-native services (preferably GCP). Hands-on experience and the ability to lead a team in modernizing services from AWS to GCP are essential. Strong interpersonal skills for leadership communication are a must. Candidates will be hybrid 4 days onsite in one of the following locations: Blue Bell, PA, Irving, TX, Boca Raton, FL.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

     

    7+ years of experience in software development

     

    Hands-on experience leading and managing an engineering team

     

    Strong technical expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as Java

     

    Must have extensive experience building cloud-native services, preferably GCP

     

    Strong ability to read code and establish standards for the team
