Job Description
For 90/hr, this ServiceNow/ITSM Project Manager will lead the daily execution of our financial client's multi-year ServiceNow migration initiative in partnership with an external vendor. This role involves managing the program’s delivery plan, tracking milestones and deliverables, and coordinating closely with internal technical stakeholders and vendor resources. The PM will oversee requirement gathering, wireframing, and weekly progress tracking, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, security, and platform teams. They will maintain a risk register, proactively mitigate issues, and ensure all activities are documented and communicated effectively. The PM will also facilitate integration planning and support internal SMEs who provide ServiceNow expertise.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record managing enterprise-level ITSM or ServiceNow implementation projects
- Experience leading ServiceNow/ITSM migrations, including vendor coordination and internal stakeholder alignment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments
Bachelor's Degree in related field Background in asset management or hedge fund environments, ideally with exposure to front-office, middle, or back-office operations and service management processes
