Job Description

A healthcare insurance provide is looking for a Generative AI Governance Analyst to join their team remotely. As an AI Governance Analyst specializing in Generative AI, this person will be instrumental in shaping the safe and responsible use of generative AI and large language model (LLM) technologies across the organization. This role involves identifying and managing risks such as model bias, data privacy, and ethical concerns, while supporting the development and maturity of governance frameworks. This resource will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate new tools, ensure compliance with enterprise policies, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives. Additionally, this person will monitor regulatory developments, maintain governance documentation, and use reporting tools to deliver insights on AI adoption and risk posture. They will work will directly support innovation while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and external regulations.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an AI Governance Analyst or related role

• Experience in AI risk management

• Familiarity with generative AI and LLM technologies

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Knowledge of regulatory trends and compliance standards

Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
