    Job Description

    An employer in the Spring, TX area is looking for a CRM/CLM expert with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Icertus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This person will play a pivotal role in administering CRM systems, building integrations with Oracle platforms, and preparing for a major go-live in October. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and understands how Copilot AI can enhance productivity across Microsoft ecosystems. This person will be responsible for Administering and managing Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including customization, workflows, and security roles. They will be helping to lead integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and Oracle systems, including Fusion (planned migration within 12 months). In addition, they will implement and optimize Icertus CLM within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain workflows. Part of their responsibilities will include collaborating with business and technical teams to support product lifecycle management (PLM) initiatives. Lastly, they will be supporting October go-live readiness, including testing, documentation, and training. This candidate must be local to Houston, as they must be willing to go on-site 3 days a week. This position is looking to pay between $50-60/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3–5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or Administrator

     

    Extensive experience integrating Dynamics with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud platforms3

     

    Hands-on expertise with Icertus CLM and contract workflows.

     

    Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot AI

     

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
