Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a seasoned Product Manager for one of its largest life sciences clients. This individual must have strong program management skills and a background in life sciences manufacturing, with the ability to drive GenAI initiatives from concept to execution. The role involves managing global teams, aligning roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with vendors—especially around complex platforms like PAS-X. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of GenAI tools and platforms, a passion for innovation, and the ability to identify high-impact use cases, oversee cost-benefit analyses, and integrate AI into software systems such as PAS-X, Mendix, and Antares. This individual should be prepared to launch platforms like PAS-X or Mendix, develop use cases, and lay the groundwork for future agentic AI applications.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong project management experience within the life sciences industry.

- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a solid understanding of industry workflows and compliance standards.

- Demonstrated exposure to Generative AI tools and platforms, along with a strong grasp of AI fundamentals.

- Proven experience managing backlogs, aligning product roadmaps, driving deliverables, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with the PAS-X MES Suite and its application in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of the following software platforms: Antares, OpsTrakker, or Mendix
