    Job Description

    We are seeking a senior/staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join our small team of AI scientists and engineers at Salesforce, working on advanced AI applications (e.g., atlas agentforce: https://x.com/Benioff/status/1826467521970798898). You will take a leading role in the development of our RLHF data annotation web application and data pipeline, which is used daily by our internal data annotation team. Additionally, time permitting, you'll collaborate with our AI scientists and engineers to build advanced AI applications (e.g. agents and voice assistants).

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Lead the development and maintenance of our RLHF data annotation web tool.

     

    - Create responsive web interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

     

    - Develop backend systems with Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.

     

    - Deploy applications in secure Kubernetes clusters and manage authentication and access to sensitive data.

     

    - Translate designs and prototypes into high-quality, maintainable code; ensure performance and stability through testing and debugging.

     

    - Strong expertise in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

     

    - Experience in Python and data manipulation libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy). Prior experience building tools for language model data annotation
