    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Regional Strategic Account Operations Manager for one of their top clients in the Supply Chain / Logistics industry. This role can be located in Seattle WA, Hebron KY, or Dallas TX and is required to work onsite 5 days a week 8 AM - 5 PM. The role will be overseeing one of the clients top customers to ensure the client is hitting the metrics / KPIs currently in place. He / She will need to have experience managing a team of 5+ employees in multiple different markets. This position does require to plan / monitor daily staffing schedule and ensure the team is properly staffed to meet operational demands and business objectives. This position is seeking to pay around $110,000 annually with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses .

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years of experience as an Account Executive

     

    -Comfortable with contributing to regional insights and performance data to Business Reviews

     

    -Has been in a role previously that Leads, directs and manages operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the client's standards.

     

    -Manages the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).

     

    -Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters.
